Youth Video Workshop
The 2010 Youth Video Workshop was held in the Venango County Fairgrounds for registered 4H youths. This event was arranged by VDFF and
supported by the Oil Region Council of Governments. Visual Arts instructor Jill Wiggins conducted the workshop. Special thanks to all those
